My phone died. Even though I knew it was fully charged, it wouldn't turn on. T- mobile 's (my"brilliant"service provider) explanation was "it's dead, you'll have to buy a new one -$800, plus monthly insurance!". I walked out, looked up Samsung cell phone repair online, found CPR, called them and they diagnosed the problem over the phone. Sasha, a very jovial and pleasant employee checked the inventory, told me it would take a couple of hours to replace the battery and for a mere $80, made my day. CPR really resuscitated my trust in human decency! Bravo!
