HID Concept (HIDCONCEPT.COM) at 3204, 8113 Austin Avenue, Morton Grove, Illinois.

Ordered a pair of D3S - Philips HID White Vision 5000K 42403WHV2C1 bulbs in November. Bulbs arrived and were installed the following week. Bulbs weren't what I expected because there is a yellow hotspot in the bulbs. I left a poor feedback review on HID Concept website about the bulbs; however, HID Concept never publish my review. As per HID Concept the bulbs cannot be returned once the seal on the box is broken. Shipping is free and fast thus I gave 2 stars.

Nice. I literally searched all over the web, and found this place to be the best. Nice service whateva~ It really came down to the PRICE. I found a site with slightly lower price and called HID, and they immediately matched and shipped it right away! (If I bought it from the other site, it'd taken couple days late...) I got it way faster than expected!
Next time my bulbs burn out, HID Concept is my place for ma car!
